The Exercise Rx List is a single page document listing all of the videos included in the My Therapy Exercise program. Exercises are listed by body part, with subcategories of stretches, range of motion, and strengthening. Additional categories include "Swiss Ball", "Foam Roller", and Dumbbell Exercises. This list can be e-mailed, copied, or faxed to your healthcare provider for consultation on which exercises are right for you.
The My Therapy Exercise videos CANNOT be copied or e-mailed. This program was designed and priced for individual customized use.
